Examples are given to show that the decomposition of weighted pseudo almost periodic function is not unique for certain $\rho \in \U_{\infty}.$ Some basic properties of weighted pseudo almost periodic functions and pseudo almost automorphic functions are presented. Moreover, an new existence and uniqueness theorem of pseudo almost automorphic solutions to abstract fractional differential equations is obtained.
