As a prototype of the computational information Converter, a numerical information Converter was adopted, implemented as a portable device "Intellect -1" for the WINDOWS operating system. The invariance of the ADPT paradigm with respect to the operating system makes it possible to implement the ADPT Converter for the LINUX operating system, while ensuring that the properties of the prototype remain unchanged, at the same time ensuring the licensed purity of the product.
